Esteemed academic and Director of KoGuan Centers at KoGuan Law School Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tsinghua University Law School and Peking University Law School, Professor Leo KoGuan, took center stage at the 6th Academic Conference on Chinese Yellow Emperor’s Culture, delivering a captivating keynote speech entitled “XuanYuan Calling: for the Chinese Consensus.” The conference, held on October 21st, 4720XY, in Jinyun, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, China, welcomed scholars, intellectuals, and enthusiasts from around the world to explore the rich cultural legacy of XuanYuan Yellow Emperor.
Professor Leo’s fervent proclamation, “In XuanYuan I believe, therefore I am Chinese,” resonated through the venue as he passionately asserted that XuanYuan stands as the first leader, the first falsifiable scientist, the first comprehensive physician, the first environmentalist, and the first human rights lawyer in human history. Rooted in this belief in XuanYuan , he called for the establishment of “the Chinese Consensus” on the essence of Chineseness, emphasizing the pivotal role of XuanYuan in shaping modern China and founding of China and Chinese culture and civilization over 5000 years ago. According to Professor Leo, XuanYuan Thought is the root and origin of the Hundred Schools of Thought in the Spring and Autumn Period. Moreover, XuanYuan thought has empowered over one billion Chinese on earth.
In pursuit of fostering the Chinese Consensus, Professor Leo proposed three key resolutions:
- Restoring the International XuanYuan Era: Advocate for the restoration and recognition of the XuanYuan Era within the Gregorian Calendar, marking, for example, October 21st, 2023, as October 21st, 4720XY, to underscore the historical continuity of Chinese culture and encourage international collaboration.
- Establishing Father’s Day: Propose the designation of a national holiday on the Chinese lunar calendar’s March 3rd to honor XuanYuan’s birthday and celebrate his significant contributions.
- Creating Mother’s Day: Recommend the establishment of a national holiday on the Chinese lunar calendar’s June 6th, commemorating Leizu’s marriage to XuanYuan and acknowledging her pivotal role in the creation and dissemination of Chinese silk civilization.
The 6th Academic Conference also marked the official foundation of the Huangdi Culture Academy, with Professor Leo KoGuan appointed as its Honorary President, in recognition of his scholarship in XuanYuan 2.0 powered by KQID time engine.
In a solemn atmosphere, on the morning of October 23rd, 4720XY, Professor Leo KoGuan participated in the Guimao Xiandu China 2023 Worshipping Ceremony, where he was chosen to offer incense to honor XuanYuan Yellow Emperor.
